We are so excited to host our wedding festivities at the beautiful Hotel Xcaret in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We have planned a celebration of events at this amazing all-inclusive resort, including our wedding ceremony and reception on Sunday, October 22, 2023.
We recognize that a destination wedding is a huge commitment and everyone's circumstances are unique. If you are unable to attend, we completely understand, and kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. Either way, we are so grateful that you are a part of our lives, and we hope to see you soon.
If you plan on attending, you're in for a dream vacation! Dust off (or renew) your passports, request a few vacation days, and prepare to have a wonderful time in paradise! We'll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way via this website and emails. We would appreciate you keeping a close eye on details as we share them and getting us necessary information when requested. We can't wait to celebrate this special occasion with you!

- PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION AND PLACE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT BY MARCH 15, 2023. IF YOU ALSO PURCHASE FLIGHTS AND INSURANCE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL INCREASE ACCORDINGLY. YOUR FIRST DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE. THE FIRST DEPOSIT IS EQUIVALENT TO THE VALUE OF 1-NIGHT ON EACH ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE.
- THE SECOND DEPOSIT (THE VALUE OF 2-NIGHTS ON EACH ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE) IS DUE BY MAY 10, 2023. SO IF YOU ARE ONLY BOOKING A 3-NIGHT STAY, YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION WILL BE PAID IN FULL BY THIS DATE.
- THE DEADLINE FOR ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS AUGUST 10, 2023.
