Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Any changes made to your booking after the final payment date will be subject to at least a $50 change fee. Any changes requested after the final payment date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

Kindly note, your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit payment is processed, we will then send you an e-mail with your invoice and booking information. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process.
If you initially decline the insurance but would like to add it back, you have that option up until 7 days after you place your reservation deposit. Insurance must be requested in writing.

• IMPORTANT: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with either a full travel credit or refund in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to the departure time of the flight. Prices are indicated below.

Please note that room availability will change as new reservations are made and what is listed above may not be 100% accurate at the time of your room reservation request. The room categories listed above were selected by the couple for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible. 

If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her.

What is NOT Included in Price?
Airfare. You are responsible for reserving your own flights. If you'd like to include flights in your reservation, please let our travel agent MarieSam know when you contact her.
Trip Insurance (Prices Below): We highly recommend getting insurance, especially with the current pandemic, but you have the option to decline when filling out the room reservation form.

Adults-Only - Casa Fuego Inclusions

Rooms in the VIP Building Casa Fuego offer an exclusive and sophisticated adults-only experience. Guests in this building have access to the most iconic rooftop pool in the Mayan Riviera and the Italian-Mexican inspired Fuego restaurant.

Casa Fuego is great for guests who are looking for exclusiveness, private spaces and butler service. This Casa has its own reception check-in area and gym and is closest to the lagoon and beach area. You will also receive free access to the award-winning Sunday brunch in Las Cuevas (normally $60/person).

Only guests staying in Casa Fuego will have access to this building, including the rooftop pool and Casa Fuego restaurant.
